Eelmistel kursustel osalenute tagasiside

 

Mina sain aru kui oluline on oma keha kuulata. Ümberringi olev jama tuleb endast eemale juhtida. Sain kinnitust kui oluline on mu keha ja meele jaoks uni ja hingamine. Kõige olulisem on ka kogukond see naiste vägi üheskoos edasi minemine. Tugirühma toetus on nii tähtis, kus sa saad õppida teistelt kui ka jagada enda avastusi. See energija ja jõud on väga tähtis. Kursus pakkus selgeid ja lihtsasti järgitavaid juhiseid, mis muutsid toitumise muutmise protsessi loomulikuks ja realistlikuks. Samuti oli hindamatu tunne, et ma ei olnud oma teekonnal üksi — grupi tugi ja juhendajate motiveeriv lähenemine aitasid hoida motivatsiooni kõrgel ka raskematel hetkedel. See tasakaal teadmiste ja emotsionaalse toe vahel tegi kogu kogemuse tõeliselt väärtuslikuks.

Vabadus toiduga kursuse juures meeldis mulle see, et kòik asjad on järelvaadatavad, et reel pysida. Imeline Julia ja tema jagamised on super lahedad. Sergei livid on väga inspireerivad. Minu suurimad taipamised on seotud sellega, et kòik dieedid mida olen proovinud on kyll mind lyhiajaliselt aidanud aga siit olen leidnud nippe igapäeva eluks.

Kõige rohkem meeldis mulle "Vabadus toiduga" kursuse juures Julia kogemused oma teekonnalt ja Sergey põhjalikud seletused, et miks asju just nii teha, et oma keha jälle õigele teele saada. Ja see Teie toetav suhtumine, et kõike ei peagi kohe ja korraga muutma hakkama ja midagi ei juhtu kui libastud. Kõige suurem taipamine tuli üldse tasuta kursuse esimeselt päevalt, kus Sergey rääkis erinevatest nälgadest. Olin neid ennegi kuulnud, aga just suure ahhaa efekti andis see nälg, et miks kõht peale 1-2h söömist nälja tunnet annab. Olen muutnud taas oma toitumise süsivesikute vaesemaks, tuleb ette küll nn patupäevi, aga praegu on neist lihtne väljuda uuesti õigele toitumisele.
